Contact: United Vacations, 888/854-3899, unitedvacations.com.

Why it's a deal: In a recent Kayak search, we found a $133 round-trip flight in late January on United between San Francisco and Las Vegas. For $36 more per person, the United Vacations package includes a reduced rate at the hotel Circus Circus (with upgrades available).

Lodging: Circus Circus will be your base for the three-night stay. The monster, 3,770-room hotel on the Strip has three towers and 100,000 square feet of 24/7 casino space, with slots, tables, and a poker room. The property is also home to Adventuredome, an indoor theme park.

Tour highlights: Included in all Vegas vacations from United is the option of two day trips by bus. One is to Laughlin, a resort town about 100 miles from Vegas on the Colorado River, in which you'll drive through the Eldorado and Mojave valleys. The other is the Stateline day trip, where you'll get a full tour of the Vegas Strip, with a stop at a chocolate factory.

More: As a perk, United Vacations offers you the chance to book pair of Adventuredome Theme Park tickets for the price of one (passes are $25 per person). Upgrade to the Excalibur for $45, the MGM Grand or the New York-New York for $105, or the Bellagio for $270.
