Will Smith to be the next president of USA

Will Smith has amazing dreams and he wants to be the president of our country! :O

Will Smith has taken the first steps to fulfilling his dream of becoming US President.

The Hollywood star - who recently revealed he would love to become America's first black president - has been approached by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama to play him in a film of his life.

Obama told US TV show 'Entertainment Tonight': "Will and I have talked about the idea of him playing me because he has the same ears as me! He would be perfect."

Last year, Democrat supporter Smith revealed his political aspirations, saying: "I always wanted to be the first black president but Barack Obama stole my idea.

That's OK with me. Barack can go first and then I'll take my turn." Smith explained he would immediately address some fundamental issues if he were in office.

He added: "Once I'm in, I'll start changing a few things that urgently need changing. "The basis of human sanity is physical survival. So I'd start with universal healthcare and shelter."

Smith is no stranger to playing real-life icons on screen. In 2002 he was nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for his role as boxing legen d Muhammad Ali in 'Ali'.

Amy and the norwegian court

Amy Is out of problems but will this be definitive? =D

A Norwegian court has decided to postpone a hearing for singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse, who is accused of drug possession, local media reported.

Winehouse had been due in court on Friday to contest a fine, but the Bergen district court approved a request by Winehouse's lawyer to reschedule the hearing, Norwegian news agency NTB reported.

Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, were arrested in the western city of Bergen in October last year and held overnight on charges of possessing seven grammes of marijuana.

They were released the next morning after paying fines of around £350 each, and they continued a European tour.

The tattooed songstress later appealed the fine, claiming Norwegian police made mistakes in the case.

The Bergen court postponed the hearing because Winehouse's husband was scheduled to appear in a separate court hearing in the UK on the same date, NTB reported.

Her lawyer, Ole Kvelstad, said Winehouse had also complained that she did not receive the letter detailing the date.

Bergen Police Attorney Rudolf Christoffersen told NTB that Winehouse knows the date of the hearing, even if the letter hasn't arrived.

Winehouse, 24, won five Grammy Awards earlier this month, including best record, best song, and best new artist.

Coldplay and the unknown surprises...

They say that they have surprises ready to be released! What could it be? :O

Coldplay have promised their new album will surprise people, claiming the record is "different" and may alienate some fans.

The group are understood to be nearing completion on the follow-up to "X&Y", which has been produced by Brian Eno.

Speaking in a new interview, Chris Martin and Johnny Buckland said the group decided to explore their freedom with the currently untitled LP.

Guitarist Buckland explained: "We felt like the first three albums were a trilogy, and we finished that. So we wanted to do something different."

Meanwhile, singer Martin continued: "Whether or not it's good, we certainly started to use more colours. It's impossible to please everybody, and it took us a while to learn that.

"It's just the freedom to say, 'Everyone might not like this. We're into it at the moment, so let's just get it done.'"

There is currently no release date for the album, although it is due for release in 2008.

John and Stephen King new musical is here!

The awaited musical is finally coming! I can't wait and you? =D

John Mellencamp's musical with Stephen King to premiere in Atlanta, April 2009.

King wrote the script for "Ghost Brothers of Darkland County," and Mellencamp wrote the music.

They hope to take it to Broadway. The story is about the deaths of two brothers and a young girl in 1957 in a fictional town in Massachusetts and the legend that grows out of that. You'd think that story came straight out of King's mind, but it was Mellencamp's idea, based on a story he had heard years ago in Indiana.
