Gladiators are to return to Rome's most famous fight arena almost 2,000 years after their bloody sport last entertained Roman crowds, local authorities announced.

According to Umberto Broccoli, the head of archaeology at Rome's city council, 2009 will be a time for the five million people who visit the Colosseum each year to experience "the sights, sounds and smells" of ancient Rome.

Buying some new beds...

Just as you know, when you decide to do some planning and prepare the next trips for the summer, the truth is that we often end up making the decisions in a hurry and without even putting to consideration every possible alternative for us, right?

Keeping this in mind, it is extremely important that we take some time to chill out and take this kind of decision with all the comfort that it requires. Personally, I think that the best moment to make a decision is when we wake up in the morning and we are still lying in our beds. In fact, this is one of the reasons why I pay a lot of attention to my bed when it comes the time to buy a new one to replace a less comfortable one!

Last month, I decided to purchase a new bed for me, as my old one couldn’t really allow me to sleep as well as I have always wanted to! Anyway, this new bed is both much more comfortable and it looks much better also, allowing me to impress all the family when it finally was installed in the bedroom! I really believe that the look of a bed is also extremely important to make us feel better, don't you agree? If you are interested in buying some new beds, then you definitely need to have a look at these beds for children but there are plenty other types of beds to choose from on the website above! So, why don’t you take a look?

Planning a new trip?

When you think about a new travel for you to take on the future, you probably think that it won't be possible thanks to the fact that the US is currently in recession, right? Well, the truth is that recession can be something good for travelers as airlines give us better prices, just read below:!

"A wave of fare sales has spread across the airline industry in the early days of the new year as the weak economy continues to put pressure on carriers to fill seats even after they drastically reduced capacity and some expressed willingness to cut more.

Many experts and even executives at some airlines had expected that after deep capacity cuts went into effect starting in September, the number of fare sales going forward would be fewer and farther between. But fuel prices have come down significantly, and the weak economy has eroded demand for air travel.

Even so, on average base airfares outside of the travel periods for the recently launched sale fares are higher today than in the last few years, said Rick Seaney, head of airfare research site FareCompare.com. He noted there were 30 attempted airfare hikes between summer 2007 and summer 2008, two-thirds of which were successful."
