Buying some 5.11 tactical gear

Even though I am a big fan of travels and I feel like there is nothing better to do in life other than traveling all around the globe, the truth is that I have a dream that I will never be able to fulfill now that I am already too old for it! That dream consisted on being a policeman and it was a dream that has been accompanying me ever since I was a child…

Keeping this in mind, it is normal that I often end up spending a lot of time doing my best in order to get all the 5.11 Tactical gear that I possibly can in order to be able to feel as secure as possible and ready to act if something wrong happens while we are walking around the street. Personally, I am planning to buy some new tactical knives and a new tactical series watch in order to give me an extra powerful look on the streets.

So, would you also like to get some of the gear that the military forces and many other professionals use daily? Well, that’s possible, you just need to have a look at the website to which I have linked above and immediately take advantage of the best prices in the whole market, while also getting high quality gear!

Visiting France has never been better for visitors under 25

Do you really think that nobody cares about the national value of the museums? That doesn't seem to happen in France as President Sarkozy has recently came up with a brilliant idea for all the under 25 visitors in France...

French President Nicolas Sarkozy says the country's national museums and monuments will soon stop charging admission to visitors under 25.

Sarkozy says the measure will go into effect April 4. Sarkozy didn't offer any other details about the measures.

French national museums include Paris' Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay. Adult admission to the Louvre permanent collection is euro9 ($12).

In his New Year's address Tuesday to members of France's culture sector, Sarkozy also announced the creation of a new museum devoted to chronicling the country's history. He said the future Museum of French History would be located in a "site emblematic of our history," but did not say where.

Traveling without paying so much money...

While most people tend to believe that the best time of the year to travel is the summer, the truth is that I am far from agreeing with that perspective. In fact, this winter I have traveled far more than what I did during the summer simply because I love the snow and how it allows us to enjoy some incredible family moments.

Anyway, I am already planning my spring Panama City Beach vacations which are going to take place in just a few months! I am really excited about this vacation and that’s partially because of the fact that this time I will be taking advantage of the travel rentals system to have a good time while paying much less than what I do if I was going to a Hotel…

As a matter of fact, travel rentals allow us to enjoy a much better view of the beach because we won’t be sitting in a small Hotel room! In spite of that, we will be in a rented building, making it possible for us to get extra privacy, more room to move around, less noise at night which makes it possible to relax even further and we will even have the chance to invite as many of our friends as we want to visit us! Moreover, vacation rentals tend to be much cheaper than going to a Hotel, so what else could we ask for?

Traveling to Costa Rica

When I want to take a vacation, I don't go to Europe. I work in Europe — so I try to take vacations elsewhere. This year’s Christmas gift to my family was a week in Costa Rica. I’d never been to Central America to simply relax, and I was clueless about Costa Rica. I just signed up for the best eight days that my friend’s tour company could offer.

For someone who knows so much about travel, it was fun being clueless. I couldn’t even find where we were going on the map. Not knowing what plugs worked, I needlessly brought European adapters. I was paranoid that our iPhone would be on accidentally, and we’d be roaming 24/7, racking up a huge bill, and sipping cheap drinks while going broke.

At the small San Jose airport, we climbed into a tiny, six-seater plane for a herky-jerky ride over lush mountains. Our destination was a jungle landing strip and then a quick shuttle to the remote beach at Manuel Antonio National Park. The flight seemed pretty dangerous. I kept looking at the pilot and his young co-pilot, who were incredibly nonchalant as they flew their airborne jalopy into a dense cloud, managing to push the right little buttons and switches as the entire cockpit rattled away in a complete whiteout. Eventually, like a stray chunk of two-lane highway, our landing strip came into view. The “nature” vacation was about to begin.

Matching our graphical design needs...

Even though you may have never needed to create any illustration or logo for your own company or a special work that you could have been asked to do, the truth is that creating the concept of a new logo, illustration or even developing the visual concept of a website are tasks that we often end up not being able to fulfill on our own…

Keeping this in mind, creative.gd was launched a few months ago and this website brought us the possibility to crowdsource our Creative graphic design needs as individuals or companies but it also allows designers to make some extra money. It all starts when the individual/company looking for a new graphic design work posts a new design brief and establishing a money prize for the work they believe is the best. After that, all the designers/creatives will start competing for that prize by presenting the individual/company with their own design concepts based on what the individual/company has asked on the design brief… In the meanwhile, it is possible that everyone involved in the project keeps in touch making it easier to obtain a better final work and once the individual/company feels that they have found the design concept that they have been looking for, the designer of that concept will get paid. Could it be easier than this?

So, if you are an individual looking for some graphical design work or if you are a designer/creative, then you definitely need to have a look at the website above and join this amazing project!
