Eels tour dates and book's new details

This new is from today!

On 17 January 2008 the book "THINGS THE GRANDCHILDREN SHOULD KNOW" is released in the UK.

That evening the author, Eels leader Mark Oliver Everett, will make a special appearance performing at St. James Church in Piccadilly, London.

Each attendee will receive a copy of the book and the first 200 people in line will get wristbands allowing them to have their book signed by the author.

One week later, on 21 January 2008, Eels are set to celebrate their 10-year anniversary with the release of their first 'best of' AND 'rarities' collections - MEET THE EELS: ESSENTIAL EELS VOL. 1, 1996-2006 and EELS USELESS TRINKETS: B-SIDES, SOUNDTRACKS, RARITIES AND UNRELEASED 1996-2006.

So as you see, you can watch your band in a very near future =D

Underworld and their new single in January!

Fresh from their success in 2007, Underworld are set to release the second single from their latest album.

Beautiful Burnout is set for release on 14th January accompanied by a new video. The band are also playing The Roundhouse, London, on 28th and 29th February.

Another great new for us...

Robyn will be recording with Britney

Swedish pop sensation Robyn has lent her singing skills to troubled star Britney Spears - by performing backing vocals on her new single.

The With Every Heartbeat star vehemently denied she was writing for Spears in August this year, but admitted the singer had recorded some tunes she had already written, including Piece Of Me.

She said, "It is not true that I will be writing for Britney. She has recorded some of my songs but they won't be released."

This is good news ah? =D
