We can claim that going to the same place over and over again can be boring and the holidays can lose some of their magic but it is not less true that we can save a lot of money if we end up deciding where we should invest on a new property that is really worth our financial effort!
Keeping this in mind, there was a study running this year in an attempt to know which were the best locations in the USA for us to buy a new property and it seems that Florida is one of the best places to do it. It may not be the cheapest solution for us but evidence shows that over the past few years the prices are really stable unlike all the other states and so it can really be worth it... Why not?
